•To Clean Enamel: If there's food stuck on the bottom of a pot, put in two cups water and a couple of tablespoons baking soda. Then while you do the rest of the dishes, let it boil for about ten minutes. Once it's cool enough to touch, you should be able to scrape off the food, and wash the pot.
